Global Warming: Effects & Solutions

The presentation shows the effects of Climate change on the world (i.e Arctic Ice melt, Droughts, floods, Sea level rise etc) and features various solutions that scientists recommended to curb climate change. (i.e. Plant trees, Eat less meat, Green Energy, 3Rs). The presentation also touches on issues such as deforestation and world hunger.

About Low Chip Khoon

Mr Low Chip Khoon, Vice-President of Earth Society, was a Teacher-in-charge of an Environment Club in a local school from 2008 till 2011. From 2012 to 2013, Mr Low wrote quarterly-articles on the Chinese newspaper (lian he zao bao) which features issues such as global warming, world hunger, water shortage, overfishing, biodiversity losses etc. From 2008 till 2022, Mr Low had studied various international reports on climate change and conducted more than 100 environmental talks in schools, companies and NGOs.
